Hi I'm Anna, a fully certified personal trainer, passionate about supporting & empowering women to build healthier lives.
I'm a busy mum of 2 young children and really struggled to get back into shape following the birth of my second child. I reverted to old habits of excessive training and restrictive dieting, which of course I could never sustain, followed by periods of inactivity and unhealthy habits. And then one day something clicked and I started exercising just 3 times per week doing a mixture of HIIT and resistance training and educating myself on nutrition and how best to fuel my body without counting calories or eliminating food groups.
4 years down the line, with a Personal Training qualification under my belt, I've never felt better and am keen to share this approach with as many women as possible.
