I will be on hand every day to answer any questions you may have or just for a chat if your motivation is starting to wane. I have no intention of abandoning you in between sessions and want to support you through this process. You will finish with the tools and confidence to make health & fitness a core part of your life!

Train with a friend

If you like the idea of working out with a buddy, while keeping costs down, this is the option for you. Training with friends is a brilliant way to keep each other motivated and accountable and a bit of healthy competition is great for ensuring you meet your goals.  

Bootcamp


£40 per person for 5 class pass 

A combination of bodyweight HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get your heart rate up and exercises to sculpt and tone, this is a full body workout that will burn fat and get you fitter than ever.
All fitness levels are very welcome, with exercises adapted to fit all abilities. As well as highly motivating, the class is supportive and inclusive so everyone feels comfortable and inspired. So come and have some fun!
